Creator & Owner: Rosemary De Vos FRSA

Rosemary De Vos is a sustainability advocate, innovator and lecturer managing commercial projects, supporting charitable and non-profit causes and educating younger groups while deepening her involvement with a few key sectors including: Maritime Services and preserving the natural productivity of Marine Environments; Renewable Energy for the development of Low-Carbon Communities and, Women as 'Agents of Change', particularly, from the entrepreneurial and intergenerational perspectives.


Building creatively on BSc (Hons) Environmental Sciences (UK), MSc International Management (UK) and Specialist Masters Strategy & Management of Sustainable Development (France), Rosemary has worked on projects for the World Ocean Council (US), The International SeaKeeper's Society (US), National Grid plc and J Ottman Consulting (US), and delivered a seminar to the Smith School of Enterprise and Environment on multi-stakeholder engagement for ocean issues.  Staying true to her passions, Rosemary is a visiting lecturer on foundation modules for the BA (Hons) Global Business & Sustainability Management pathway at Regent's College, London; Carbon Leapfrog's Project Manager for Just Energy (RSA) and is delighted to be UK Ambassador for Sustainable Seas Trust (RSA).

Prior to her career move into the sustainability arena, Rosemary took up the challenge of becoming BNI Regional Director of Alpes-Maritimes-Cote d'Azur (France) to create and pilot a French SMEs' business referral network offering her first hand experience of what entrepreneurial skills, business planning and sheer determination are needed for small businesses to succeed in restricted markets.  This was preceded by senior management roles spanning twelve years in international post, logistics and supply chain at Royal Mail International, part of Royal Mail Group plc, including Regional Director for the British Postal Consultancy Service (Western Europe), General Manager/PDG (French subsidiary) and Senior Contact Strategy Manager for planning and management of integrated communications and segmentation modelling (UK HQ) amongst other senior roles in International Marketing (covering brand, CRM, NPD, B2B, B2C and Social audiences) and other residential overseas assignments in New York and Paris.  Rosemary started her career in sales and marketing reporting at PA Consulting Group (UK). Now working as an independent consultant, Rosemary contracts via R De Vos Consulting Ltd.
